“Incredible burgers!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2013 via mobile

Had to try a Triple D restaurant and we were not disappointed. The green tomatoe Napoleon was great and the burgers and fries were outstanding!!

“Best Burger I ever had!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2013

This past Friday my family and I went to visit the University of South Carolina as my oldest is graduating High School. For lunch we visited this restaurant. We got there around 12 and had to wait 30 minutes for a seat. The place was packed and I can tell you why. The burgers and sides are incredible. It was worth the wait! I had the Sullivan burger which was awesome and their special onion rings...unreal. Don't waste your time going anywhere else for lunch!!

“Great food for a mammoth appetite!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 31, 2013

Found this restaurant from a food network app looking for a place on the road between Savannah and Asheville. This came up and we decided to stop. Columbia was empty on a Sunday afternoon and we found very easy parking across the street from the place. We were a bit concerned about it being just a bar (had our 2 kids with us) but stopped anyways. We are glad we did. It was cold and rainy outside so this must have kept the crowds down a bit but we walked in (small waiting area was full but not too many guests) and within 15 min we were seated. The kids ordered cheeseburgers (full quarter pound version of their regular burgers), we ordered the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer and one burger and one chicken sandwich for dinner. When the dishes came out, I couldn't believe it. A huge burger, served on a pretzel bun nonetheless, with a giant knife in the middle holding it up. Like Guy from triple D, I assumed the position of the hunch and took my first bite. Great meat, great toppings...an experience. The chicken version was also perfect as well. My young girls polished off all of their food, as did the rest of us. The onion ring sides were also excellent. We didn't feel rushed and the service was very good. Wanted to go back on the way back through but got there a bit too late. Awesome place! Don't be scared of the exterior if you have kids. It is a great place the girls are still talking about.

“Burgers to the Moon”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 26, 2013

The burgers (yes all) are phenomenal! There will likely be a little bit of a wait when you go and there is a reason for that... the food is just that good. The wait staff, while friendly, has been over extended every time we have been but the burgers are so good it completely makes up for how often they come by. If you are only in town for one day, your lunch should be here.

“Excellent burger”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2013

I was very impressed by this place. The food was great and they had very good, fast service as well. The meal was reasonably priced too. The only issue is that parking was limited when we went but it was at peak lunch time.
