My wife and I ate an early dinner to avoid the crowds and noise and were rewarded The menu has so many unusual dishes with intriguing combinations of ingredients it was hard to decide what to order. We had the "Fried Green Tomato and Sweet Bacon "BLT" Salad." The tomatoes were fresh and cooked perfectly and the dressing tasted great; however, the candied bacon was a little much and too sweet. My wife enjoyed her fish and was particularly impressed with the "sweet potato - country ham hash." My "Shrimp Succotash" had amazing flavors and the combination of shrimp and grits and fresh corn and lima beans really worked. The service was pleasant and attentive and the adaption of the old soda bottling plant was attractive and comfortable. A little pricey but completely enjoyable.
