Friendly personnel, comfortable small suite. Nice free breakfast with excellent service. We'll stay here again. We checked in very late, but service was still prompt and courteous. Beds very comfortable. Temperature in room was good when we got there, so sleep came quickly.

I would like to give a shout out to the front desk worker Debra! She was very friendly, smiled, spoke to us each time we came by and really went out of her way to make sure we were happy. We checked in and someone had messed with the tv settings and it would only pick up the HD channels and nothing else. A call to the Debra and she went into action, after not being able to fix it she relocated us in another room without any problems. the front desk personal day and night time was awesome answered any questions without problems. The morning cook was very nice and laughed and joked with us in the breakfast area. Locatied right next to Wal-mart, Best Buy, Staples and other stores. Subway, McDonalds, Denny's, Chick-fa-la and others within a quick two - four min walk. Over a wonderful place and would stay again.

This is our second stay here and we were disappointed.
Three of us stayed in a double "suite". While the lady at the front desk at check-in was very kind, the hotel was slightly run down, in my opinion. The morning front desk staff were quite unfriendly and abrupt.
The room had a very peculiar odor - like stale smoke, but they tried to cover it with smelly spray? The "suite" consisted of a half wall with a small sofa and a fridge and microwave. The beds were very small - maybe full or doubles? Our curtains were hanging off the rod upon check-in... The wi-fi was there but so unbelievably slow that we just didn't use it. Please hotels refrain from saying "free wi-fi" if it is impossible to use!

Breakfast was fine - waffle makers, milk, yogurt, boiled eggs, fruit, etc. nothing fancy. There should have been eggs and some gravy for the biscuits but after waiting 10 minutes for the staff to refill it, we had to depart. The coffee was not drinkable - terribly weak. The apples were fresh and crisp!
The location is very good and at the heart of Harbison Road near many restaurants and the mall. Convenient to the interstate.

We visited the Comfort Suites at Harbison for our Alma Mater's homecoming weekend on November 8-11. The hotel is in the center of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment; half mile from the mall and a 2 minute walk to Walmart. We enjoyed the cocktail hour, serving free beer and wine, offered Monday thru Thursday and the deluxe continental breakfast, great waffles. The room was clean and comfortable and very spacious for my wife, my daughter and myself. All in all a great hotel and very convenient.
