I visited Edventure with my children, ages seven and nine. Many of the exhibits were geared for younger children (4-7 age range), but both of my children LOVED every part of the museum!
Eddie is the big draw. The kids probably spent two hours in there. During them middle of the day, Eddie became every crowded with bigger kids. It is also easy to lose track of kids inside Eddie. A few parents climbed through with their kids, but I didn't try. The spaces were very small.
The Aha Factory is not opened all the time, but it is worth checking the schedule. In that area, children can create from recycled materials. My children made capes from silky fabric, with the help of the museum employees.
The Butterfly Garden was also a big hit. There is a separate cost for this exhibit, but it was worth the price. The employee in the exhibit was very interactive with everyone who came in. He pointed out all types of butterflies and helped up identify the different types.
We went early and left around lunch when the crowd got heavy. We returned later in the afternoon and stayed until closing. Great place for children; I would definitely buy a membership if I lived close enough.
