I won't go into too many details because it isn't necessary. If you plan on staying here....DO NOT!!!...i repeat...DO NOT!!!

I've stayed at some of the finest hotels across the nation and I've stayed at middle of the way (i.e Courtyard, Hampton, Holiday Inn Express..etc..) and when I pulled up to this establishment, I thought I would have seen somthing in between.....

The management/owners should be ashamed of themselves for the advertisement on the website......Customers are dupped into thinking that the rooms are comfortable and well designed, when in fact, a majority of the rooms are nothing but replicas of Motel 6 rooms....and even some Motel 6s are better looking than what I say at the T&C...

To make it brief, the wife and I took one look at the standard room when we checked in and walked right back out to demand a refund.....It was unbelieveable....Dirty looking comforter, small bathroom, dingy curtains, a T.V. that looked no bigger than my 17" computer monitor, dirty looking rug of a carpet, noisy (could hear people talking outside and in the other room while we were checking the place out)

Bottom line, it is a dump, and I normally don't bad mouth places....I guess, I'm more upset because I was mislead......Please take my advice and spend the extra money to stay downtown in the restaurant district.....some of those hotels offer discounts and you can talk them down off the price if it isn't the peak season......If you can't afford it, stay at the Holiday Inn....avoid the disappoinment...

The air conditioning didn't work, the TV didn't work and the bathtub was the dirtiest I have ever seen in 30 years of world wide travel.

This hotel looked great online, but was horrible. The room was tiny, the carpet was damp, the TV Stand was broken, and there were burn marks in the furniure when the room was non-smoking. Also, they were doing construction on the building, so we couldn't sleep, hear the TV, or even park outside our room.

The amenities were very good; indoor and outdoor pool and sauna, cardio and wieght fitness areas, conference rooms, restaurant, and bar. The food was good. However, the rooms reminded me that bad taste is timeless. The rooms were just dressed up versions of rooms you might find off the interstate in Iowa for $29.95/night; smokey, noisey, dark, and dirty. Still, the poor room condition is offset by the good variety and quality of amenities. Which is most important to you?
