“Another Great Stay at the Indigo”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 11, 2013

I have stayed at the Indigo Inn many times. Family owned, each room is charming and each room is unique. About as far from a big chain as you can get. Location is perfect for walking to historic buildings and excellent restaurants. Staff are wonderful. If the weather is nice, the courtyard is a great place to enjoy your complimentary breakfast or evening wine. Parking is safe and easy to access your car if necessary.

Rooms are built around the courtyard so the only downside is that they are a bit dark. Will definately stay there again!

“unclean sheets”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2013

The inn is very conveniently located the staff is very courteous. The evening reception and courtyard was nice. We did stay in a pet friendly room. I pulled back the covers and it was obvious by the dog hair that the sheets were not changed from previous guest on the first night of our staff. The staff was very apologetic. They did come and change the sheets late at night and did offer to change us to a different room. We did not change rooms because we did not want to move after settling in with our baggage. As we do pay extra to bring a pet, I do expect the room to be cleaned better.

“Charming Hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 7, 2013

The Indigo Inn has charm as well as a great location for walking to the market, shops and restaurants. The staff is excellent showing southern hospitality at its finest. The rooms are quaint with comfortable beds, and the courtyard is the perfect place for eating the delicious breakfast. There is a large parking lot as you enter from the cobblestone alley. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Room Tip: No pool or restaurant with the hotel.

“Indigo Inn”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 3, 2013

Lovely little inn conveniently located. Rooms are charming and clean, staff is courteous, the wine and cheese in the evenings and morning breakfast are added treats. On-site parking is another plus as is the lovely courtyard. This is the second time I've stayed there and I can't wait to return.

“Classic, yet boutique and unique”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 25, 2013 via mobile

Great Charlestown feel, perfect location, staff was friendly and room clean and comfy. Parking on site was convenient, and breakfast in the mornings was simple and delicious.
The decor in the room is classic South Carolina chic, and it makes you feel right at home. The bed was comfortable. I loved the peaceful garden at the center of the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely go back.
