“Try the Turkey Cranberry Brie Sandwich”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 2, 2013

We dropped by for a sandwich and some drinks, and my husband was thrilled to get a sampler platter of all of their drafts for under $10. The sandwiches were really good as were the fries. We liked the atmosphere of the overall restaurant with views of the beers in casks throughout the restaurant. Grab an outside table and people watch!

“Ratatouille”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed December 1, 2013

We ate here on Saturday night and whilst the food was good our evening was significantly marred by bad service attitude and a Giant Rat.... The rat was seen after we have eaten, somewhat fortunately but the attitude of our attendant was very poor and lassez faire... "Oh it must have come in off the street.." We'll in which case it'll be the only thing coming in off the street unless it is sorted quickly and the staff improve their approach.

“Food was fine but we saw a rat!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 1, 2013

My wife and I are over from the UK and are here with 4 friends. The food and service were fine - not terrible, not amazing, just average. However, at the end of the meal 4 of the party saw a huge rat near the door. It went under one of the side seating areas. We told our server who casually brushed it off saying it probably came in from outside. That may be true, but I would expect a place serving food to take vermin issues considerably more seriously. He made no attempt to inform his management, which is poor.

“Good for lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 28, 2013

Service, price, prep!
Getting a medium rare to rare burger is not easy in most resturants. Getting one in this resturant was no problem.
Great value, great taste, cooked to perfection. The crab cake sandwich was good but could be better with a bit more of lump crab. The service was excellent.

“Good food, great service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 27, 2013

Food was good and a fair price for a downtown location. The restaurant had nice atmosphere. Pulled pork was good and had a choice of sauce. Portion somewhat large for lunch, which is a good value for the price. Waiter answered all our questions, checked up on us frequently and was friendly. Desserts are homemade and supplied by a bakery owned by the same proprietor. Tables for large groups are available.
