Everyone was so nice. Eye contact made when speaking. Very clean. The breakfast was good as well. Loved the waffle maker and choice of blueberry mix or plain. Sausage, bacon, muffins, fresh juice and coffee and much more. Most places have cereal and freezer mini sausage biscuits. There was a lady there to help us if needed with breakfast also VERY nice. The only improvement I would request is thick mattress pads. The mattress was a little too firm for me. Over all, this was an enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

My family and I moved to Charleston to find our apartment not ready so in a pinch we were pointed to this wonderful hotel. Our worries were soon dissapated by the helpful staff and very reasonable rates. We walked in to find ultra comfy beds, a modern stand up shower and even a ceiling fan. It really helped us to ease into making Charleston feel like home. Also* being pet owners, we found the pet friendly hotel to be so clean and accommodating. Will definitely be recommending this to visiting family and friends!

The Sleep Inn Charleston, SC was a great location for us and Mariam made the stay even nicer. She was so accommodating and when we asked where a particular restaurant was she looked it up for us and printed off the driving directions. We had an issue with the coffee maker in our room and within minutes a new coffee maker was at our door. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of comfy pillows too and the rates were very reasonable.

i love the reasonable rates, rooms are very tidy and smokefree. comfortable convenient location accessible to shopping and business areas. Mariam is very good at reminding you if you have left something behind and great with the reservations. Kind and wonderful working staff. Its my home away from home.
