My husband and I had Sunday dinner here today. The food was ok but with it being a tourist area it could of been a lot better. So after eating our meal, we received the bill and my husband gave his card to pay it. Then the server came back and said the my husband card was declined. And we were like that can not be true. Why would we come out to eat with NO MONEY? So my husband checked his bank statement online right at the table. And we saw that not only we were charged the wrong amount for our bill but when confronted the server she denied TO THE FULLEST that was not true and that when she swiped the card it was denied. But our question was to her and the manager, if a card is declined it would not go through! She charged my husbands card for the wrong amount, when she noticed her mistake she charged the money back on the account and tried to charged it again for the correct amount! reason being for writing this reveiw is the server could of said" mam or sir I have made a mistake of charging your card for the wrong amount and I put the amount back on your card, here is the return receipt if you would please accept my apology and sign!" We did not get a return receipt for the wrong amount being put back on our card or anything! And what made it worse about the entire situation is the manager did not admit to the server mistake let alone she admitting it! Just make sure before you leave that you make sure they charge you for the correct amount so you wont be scamed like we were!
