My family and I stayed here during a road trip. We have two young kids. The staff was pleasant and the common areas of the hotel are modern and updated, but our room was not. The bathroom was deteriorating and in need of refurbishment. The pillows were supposed to be of varying firmness but were all cheap and falling apart. The advertised free "high speed Internet" was so slow as to be unusable. The exercise room (yes I am one of the rare hotel guests to actually use them) was a joke-- the four aerobic machines that comprised the so-called "fitness center" were the flimsy plastic tv shopping variety and none of them worked (I tried them all- either they provided no resistance or they started creaking as I got on).
The hotel advertises a "green planet" initiative in various places in which you are coached to reuse your towels among other things. Laughably, this "environmentally conscious" hotel uses disposable styrofoam and plastic plates, cups and cutlery for their free breakfast. Our family alone created a huge pile of garbage that we simply tossed in the bin.
As for the meal itself, the food was inedible apart from the cereal, bananas, milk and cinnamon rolls, but decent by free breakfast standards.
