Our son graduated from Parris Island last week. We stayed here based on TripAdvisor and we weren't sorry. Rooms are so spacious you don't feel cramped. It is very clean. Front desk staff was great. We had folks coming in at various times and the staff was very helpful to make sure everyone was given keys to the rooms and made welcome if we weren't there. Breakfast was good although we are vegetarians and the eggs had meat, the gravy had meat, so our hot choices were very limited. It would also be helpful if stuff was ready at 6 a.m. since the Family Day at Parris Island has two events which start at 7 a.m.

What a great choice we made in returning to the Holiday Inn Express. Three times - three years and it just keeps getting better and better.

The Staff at the Holiday Inn Express is the absolute finest. They did everything to make our reunion a great success. It's enough when businesses are run to be successful from a financial point of view; but it was extremely apparent that the HIE Staff viewed our reunion from a personal side. Each and every one of the Staff treated us as if we were family. Our 34 Platoon members had nothing but good things to say about the Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were all nice and clean, the breakfast was delicious, the thoughtfulness that went into starting breakfast early on Friday morning to make sure that the Marine graduation guests would not miss breakfast before the early morning graduation and the constant smiles and kind gestures, we know, made every guest at the Holiday Inn Express comfortable.

Brandy, Rhonda, Chris, Stephanie, Susan, the Maintenance gentlemen and the Housekeeping Ladies worked this weekend as if they were there just to make this a perfect celebration for Platoon 151.

We are extremely grateful for the kindness and care that was provided to us. We left Blufton, SC feeling as though we left family.

We had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn Express. It was very, very clean!! The staff was courteous, and helpful. My husband left his glucometer, and insulin in the room, when we left. We returned home, and called them. The clerk took the time to track down the housekeeper to find his diabetes supplies. They promptly returned them to him the next day. We have left things at other hotels in the past, and never retrieved them due to unconcern by their staff. If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this location for 6 days, and it was great! Very nice and clean. Helpful staff... Great location - surrounded by ample good restaurants and shopping. Much cheaper than staying in Hilton Head, but less than 10 miles away from the island and still very convenient to the beach and all other attractions. Location perfect for travel to Hilton Head, Savannah or Charleston (we did all 3!).... And fresh baked cookies daily!!! Priorities, people...
