This restaurant was highly recommended by the B&B. Reportedly, it is well known for its steaks. They supposedly have a variety of specialty "rubs" used to season their meats.
We had seen pictures of the outside of the building and know that it had some interesting character and history. We were a little disappointed that it so much of the interior space taken up by the bar. That will be considered a plus or minus depending on your point of view. It certainly provides a better atmosphere for a hamburger rather than a steak. We ordered hamburgers which were excellent as was the beer. They have a number of interesting choices of beer.
We would go back again, but with the definite idea of having a hamburger and beer rather than a steak.
