We have walked by Emily's on many occasions and decided this evening on the advice of some friends to drop in for a meal at around 20:00hrs on a Monday night. First of all, after waiting several minutes, it was suggested to us by a couple at the bar that we would have to seek out assistance to be seated as it was apparent the were otherwise occupied. The welcome was luke warm and gave the impression that we were an inconvenience given the relative late hour on a Monday. For a restaurant specializing in fresh local fare, overcooked scallops and snapper was a huge disappointment. Will we go back? Not for a meal....maybe for a drink.
