“Okay stay, fairly close to airport.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 30, 2012

Stayed here 1 night after arriving late in the evening at the Providence airport. The hotel shuttle wasn’t operating that late, so I took a short taxi ride ($8.50). Hotel staff was very friendly. In the morning, the hotel shuttle wasn’t operating, so staff gave me taxi fare to the airport, which was appreciated. The hotel has separate buildings, which were older and it appeared some rooms had longer term residents. The room was clean and quiet. The size of the breakfast area was good, but the breakfast selection wasn’t as good as other Residence Inns.

My husband and I stayed at the Residence Inn Providence Warwick for a week (October 20 to October 27) to celebrate our anniversary. What a great place to stay! We stayed in a studio suite with a queen bed and the room included a fireplace. Used the fireplace several times and really enjoyed it. The bedroom, living room, kitchen and bath room were all very spacious and extremely clean. The front desk was very friendly and helpful by providing directions and recommending great restaurants within the area. The hotel itself is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and it is easy to find (used mapquest to print directions from the airport to hotel before leaving on the trip). The hotel provided a tasty hot/cold complimentary breakfast with a wonderful selection of pastries, make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, juices, etc. each morning. There was even a complimentary manager's dinner/cocktail party in the evening from Monday to Wednesday, which was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is situated in a terrific location, which makes it easy to get on/off the interstate. My husband and I visited the mansions in Newport, Twin Rivers Casino, Mohican Sun Casino, Foxwood, the zoo in Providence for the jack-o-latern display, and visited with friends in Providence. There were a lot of great restaurants in the area (The Office being one of them) and quaint little towns. We highly recommend the Residence Inn Warwick and would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Room Tip: A room on the first level provided an easy means of bringing luggage into and out of the room.

This has to be one of the best places to stay at!! I was chosen as guest of the day so I was put in a two bedroom suite, one bedroom down stairs full bath and kitchen with living room bed that pulls out for king size bed and loft with bedroom and another full bath. I was extremely pleased with my stay the hotel was conveniently located off 95 so it was easy in out to URI (about 30 minute drive). The hotel was clean!!! and the front desk was very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling and looking for a place to stay more then one night.

We had a very nice stay at this property.

The ONLY complaint we had was.. We checked in and was giving a "Smoking Room".. we do not smoke- We called the front desk and asked if it was a "Smoking Room" as it smelled of smoke.. We were told it was "not a smoking room" but they would come spray something to make it smell better.. they came by and sprayed (it did not help too much) - I found out later that it was a smoking room because the non-smoking rooms had the no smoking sign outside of their front door.. other than that, we had a great stay. The room was clean and fresh, other than the smoke smell, which we must add was not too strong, but you could tell it was there..

Also, one last note.. it was kind of hard to find out how to get to the property. We kept passing it, but could not find the entrance off Exit 13 on 95.. but we found it on a back road.. Use exit 12 B instead of 13 and come down Metro Center Road.. turn left and you are there..

We were in Building Suite 722 from 05 October to 07 October 2012 - 2 Bedroom / 2 floor Suite

We give the Property 4 out of 5 stars - We would have giving it all 5 except for the smoke smell :-)

We will return to this property!!

Room Tip: Make sure you do not get a msoking room if your Rewards Profile states you are not a smoker LOL

Just stayed in October and couldn't get a reservation in Providence at any hotel I liked .This hotel is 6 miles from Providence . If you have a car it is a GREAT choice! It's clean, the rooms are spacious, they have a small complimentary breakfast in the morning ,and it's very reasonable . The front desk people are very accommodating and if I am ever in the area again , I wouldn't hesitate to stay there !

Have stayed at this property twice. Both trips were for 2 nights while visiting family. First floor both times. Unit with fireplace was lovely during the early spring when a chill was still present. Breakfast selection is well stocked. Area is small and directly off of the pool - so you get a full blast of cholorine with your coffee! Front desk staff is very good. As mentioned the bathrooms are small - but quite functional. Kitchen area in units works well. Met our needs and would stay there again.

I had read reviews and was not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised! I was there on business for a week. The staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast selection was very good, as well as the light meals offered some evenings. TV selection and wireless better than average. The place was very clean, and the location was actually ideal for travel around the state. There is pliantly of shopping and restaurants within a mile. The pool was also refreshing. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
