We visited my daughter at Bryant for Parents weekend and I needed 3 rooms. The rooms are large and have granite counters and sitting areas with flat panel tv's. Coffee maker small fridge and micrwave are also in the rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are great. The room and the hotel are ext5remekly clean. The front desk is maybe the nicest person you can run into and they offer a free breakfast. There is also an indoor heated pool and fitness room and all of the above make it an excellent place to stay.

The staff at the front desk were kind and helpful....but that only goes so far with a dirty hotel. Stained carpets, moldy shower curtains and not leaving toilet paper when the roll is almost empty doesn't scream welcome and inviting in my book.

The breakfast offered each morning was average fare, but the coffee...ah... that was an adventure. Would it be strong enough to remove paint today? Or could I read a newspaper through it?

Would I return or recommend this property to a friend? Hmmm....at gunpoint, maybe.

You will get here the usual HI facilities and service, which was what we need for a one night stay on a road trip. Reception was very kind and quick upon our arrival. Breakfast was the usual selection from HI. We were unlucky to have some louder types of guest nearby and in the parking who made it difficult to go to sleep... the walls are surely not of the thickest type.

We stayed there for 2 nights, saturday and sunday. Overall the stay was comfortable and very nice. Peter was kind enough to let us check in early and was a very friendly young man. He showed us how to get to our room and informed us about the complimentary breakfast which we didnt know about. The lobby was modern and up to date with a lovely fireplace and marble countertops. The room was spacious and cozy with a flat screen tv and a very comfortable bed as well as a couch and desk. The woman at the front desk, katelyn, was sweet as pie and very helpful. Even though she was swamped because of a full house she still took the time to give us restaurant recommendations and get us an extra towels all while keeping a big, infectious smile on her face. We went to the Italian restaurant she recommended across from the Lincoln mall and it was delicious. Even with the hotel being sold out it was still quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was packed but there was enough food for everyone. The man working was very busy but also helpful which seemed to be an occurring theme that we really appreciated. The only problem we ran into was finding the ice machine on Sunday night, we went down to the desk to ask and the late night worker, A woman who's name i dont recal an she was very unpleasant, a change from the other two workers who were very polite and cheery. That wasn't enough to shake our satisfaction with the hotel! We will definitely be staying there again in the future! Save us some cinnamon buns!
