Our group of four chose to dine at Trio for New Year's Eve 2013 because of their gluten-free menu, but all of us couldn't stop raving about our dishes. Generally, the gluten-free menus you'll find at restaurants are a bunless burger, or steak with a side of veggies. I had the GF Pasta with Clam Sauce, and it was one of the best meals I've ever had. The rest of the party was equally impressed with their pork chop, chicken marsala, and salmon. It was our first time dining here, but we can't wait to go back.
