We found the Blue Whale quite by accident, dropping in after our former favorite Misquamicut motel was sold out. With record heat wave coming, vacancies were filling up fast. When we saw the beautiful terrace, heard about the comp wine, breakfast and other extras thrown in, we knew we had our spot for our annual "girl's getaway." Christine and her staff go out of the way -- whether it is making sure you are comfortable, answering questions about local restaurants and attractions or accomodating special requests. The covered gazebo with twinkle lights with the comp bottle of wine is a perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing or beach. Not beachfront, but a short walk to the beach and nightlife -- gives you the choice of participating in the noise and nightlife if you wish or just "chillaxin" among beautiful flowers and fireflies. The Blue Whale will now be our first coice destination for our beach getaways. Thanks from the Seawitches!
