I have stayed at this hotel once before while coming through the area. I found the front desk staff to be extremely rude upon check in. She was actually talking to another employee most of the time.
I went off to a meeting that I had to go to and came back and a different person was on the desk, who seemed a bit friendlier. I was exhausted and went upstairs to settle in for the night when I realized that pillows were feather. I am a Marriott Platinum Customer who specifically puts in the profile about the allergy to feather pillows. I went downstairs and she found two pancake type pillows that keep sliding down between the headboard all night. She gave me no pillow cases and told me to swap out with the feather pillows in the room, which caused allergy problems. I woke up with a sore back, neck and had to miss the next day at work as I had not gotten a restful night sleep.

There were hairs in the bathroom that were not mine. I am bald! Housekeeping could have been a bit better. I had to use three of these towels to dry off. I have seen better sheets and towels at Walmart!
Woman who serves the breakfast was the only nice person I encountered. Unfortunately, she won't be the thing that makes me stay at this property again.

What a pleasure it was waking up to the smell of fresh waffles threw the lobby. Me and my family stayed at the Fairfield Marriott while visiting a friend. We had an overall great time. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed spending our afternoons swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub.

I have stayed at this property many times and love coming back. I enjoy seeing the staff and managers interacting with not only myself but the other guests as well. Every time I see Alex he asks me how I am doing. Janice always has a smile on her face. Its great to see people who enjoy their jobs! The rooms area great as well. I always sleep great on the beds which are always nice, clean and well made by the housekeeping staff. This last time was just as good. My room was nice and clean as I entered I saw a nice clean bathroom it sparkled it was so clean! I decided to take a quick nap when I arrived and took a great nap on the nice clean white sheets. Overall my stay was amazing and can't wait to stay again. Thank you to whole staff for making my stay so enjoyable!

I stayed here with my family last weekend. I read some of the other reviews and must say that our experience here was incredible. First of all, this is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at (and we only stay at Marriott properties). The front desk staff recommended so many wonderful activities for us the day it rained - they really turned our vacation around for us! Our room was very clean and I have to say that the beds here are really comfortable. The staff was always smiling and remembered my kids names and said "hello" to them in the morning. Little things like that make you feel at home. My wife and I both slept great. The hotel was busy, but very quiet.
We will be staying here again.
