went to this restaurant on valentines day, after calling ahead 3 weeks in advance and requesting a window seat at which i was told no problem, the hostess literally laughed at us with another employee and said i have a whole restaurant full of people who would like a window seat. I get that but 1. I should have been told that on the phone that they don't gaurantee window seats and 2. to stand there and make a fool out of us in front of everyone is not the way to handle a valued client. I give service all day, I know. To everything that we said she dealt out more nasty. If this were handled differently there would be no problem, after all in the whole sprectum what's a window, her whole attitude was look around at how busy we are do you think we need you. There's too many GOOD restaurants that value their clients and know how to treat them, to ever go there. Oh by the way, the hostess was the co-owner!
