I was in town on a twice yearly visit and decided to check this place out based on other guests at a local motel. My visit was during an event at the fairgrounds that attracted approximately 12,000 people this time. Please bear in mind that I was by myself during this visit. I was seated immediately although there seemed to be others waiting to be seated in the lobby. I waited, and waited, and waited for someone to even acknowledge that I has been seated. The time I waited was greater than 5 minutes. Finally a server approached me and asked if "Joe" had greeted me to which I answered in the negative. He took my drink order and subsequently my dinner order. When I asked if he was the manager he stated that he was actually off duty and just helping out my assigned server.
I had ordered their tilapia and shrimp dish. The food was lukewarm when it was served. My actually assigned server never came by to ask if all was well until I had nearly consumed the entire entrée. The serving size was also somewhat of a surprise as I had dined the evening before at another establishment (it was a chain), ordered a similar entrée and the portion was considerably larger.
As this was a Friday evening at around 8:00pm I may give them one more try.
