We are so glad we choose this hotel. It was more like a upscale hotel. Everything was so clean, very friendly great room, friendly staff, comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good and fresh and the best ever on this trip. They even accepted our coupon so the price was very reasonable.Would highly recommend it and would definately stay here again. Also close to shopping.

Stayed at hotel over the weekend. Nice staff, nice rooms, nice amenities. We arrived a bit early and I asked if we could check in. The staff said that we could, but we could not be with our group. We decided to wait till 3:30PM for regular check-in to stay with group. As it turned our, our group was scattered between the 7th floor and the 3rd floor. The reason for staying as a group was to help ensure a good nice sleep with no noise. As it turns out two of our rooms (mine included) were next to people who partied in the halls till 6:00AM. I know hotels cannot control idiots, but they should put more effort into room assignments, especially when booked 1 month in advance. We had booked approximately 12 rooms. Needless to say, very limited sleep which Best Western should have been able to control if the request to group rooms together was followed, especially after they confirmed they were. The group will be traveling quite a bit this year and I think Best Western will be moved to the bottom of our list because of their inability to manage the little things.
