I've eaten here now about five times. Always get the dinner buffet for $11. Lunch buffet is about $7. The sushi bar is limited but fresh and tasty. Everything else was hot or cold as appropriate, and very fresh. The taste of everything was particularly good for a Chinese restaurant. They have several items I've never seen before - a clam bake casserole in a little tin dish - just outstanding. Also try the baked pudding cup. The bathrooms and restaurant were all extremely clean. I'd really give this place about a 4 and a half stars.
