“Expect a lot of Window Watching”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 11, 2013

When QVC built this facility they obviously planned for tours. You will walk the halls and look through windows onto the sets, control rooms and storage areas. The guide is very well prepared and is easy to hear using the provided headsets. You get to sit twice to watch videos (an intro and then a blooper reel).

I am not a QVC watcher but I can say it is interesting to learn about how they produce a continually live show 364 days a year in multiple countries. A QVC fan will love this tour especially if they time it right to see their favorite host doing their show.

I was a little bummed by the admission fee.

“Interesting”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2013

This was an interesting tour of the QVC studios. Everyone at QVC was very nice and informative about how the studio works. We were able to see all the sets and watch them producing the live program. The tour lasts about and hour and is a walking tour. Also enjoyed stopping in the Studio Store and purchasing a few items. Even if you don't shop at QVC this is an interesting stop to see what goes into a live broadcast.

“Great Inside Look”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 22, 2013

A nominal fee is charged for this inside, guided walking tour.

A short film is viewed to provide an overview of QVC. The headsets make it very easy to hear the guide's commentary. Visitors get an upclose and personal look at the show floor and items being offered on live TV. Visitors also get to view various sets used for selling of different products.

A great look at how the QVC show is produced and the various props utilized. Interesting, informative and enjoyable. Tour guests are given a free gift at the end of the tour.

The gifts shop offers a selection of items. Ask sales associates for assistance if you do not see the size you need. Various sizes are on hand but not displayed.

Treat yourself to lunch before or after @ Ron's Original Bar & Grille @ Lionville, PA (just a short 15 minute drive from the QVC Studio Tour).

“Interesting to go behind the scenes.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2013

It was very interesting to see the science behind their sales techniques. At the end of the tour you get a small gift. The gift shop was nice to shop in. Only set aside about 2 hours for this, then head over to the Helicopter Museum nearby.

“A very informative tour”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 27, 2013

I took the tour of QVC Studios in West Chester, PA, on Wednesday, March 27, 2013. Shawn was the tour guide. The one hour tour was very informative. We got to learn the many aspects of television production in airing the show. We went into the observation deck of the studio as the show was being aired. While QVC employs over 17,000 worldwide, they employ 2,300 at the studio which is in the county where QVC was founded. The studio is on an 83 acre complex in West Chester, PA. The decor and color scheme for the facility is very tasteful. I would certainly recommend this tour to anyone traveling through this part of Pennsylvania.
