“Good Experience a few downsides”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 26, 2014

My boyfriend and I booked this hotel for our anniversary. The pool area was advertised with a hot tub, when we got there the pool had been filled in. Also the kids in the pool were unsupervised. They were under the age of 12 and the parents would check in on them from time to time from the second floor window instead of keeping an eye on them at the pool. Other than this was this a pleasant experience.

When we arrive, a Sr in the front desk help us with a upgrade to our 2 x 2 queen bed room.

They have a KING Room what has a connection door to a SUITE, with 2 queen bed separate room. So that gives you 2 bathrooms, 1 King BED, 2 Queen Beds and a Living Room ( Total of 3 separate rooms ). And for not much more money, if you travel with a family, that is a great option.

That was perfect, plenty of space. Nice rooms.

This is not a luxury hotel, but clean, nice, nice decoration and furniture, nice beds, new, honest and great service.

We just miss a better restaurant, the one is the lobby is fine, fits a quick meal need. But not many options.

Room Tip: They have a KING Room what has a connection door to a SUITE, with 2 queen bed separate room. So tha...

My only problem with the hotel was finding it! That area is not east to get around and if you make one wrong turn it can take you a mess to get turned around. When you reach it, it is so neat, clean and welcoming, you kind of forget the nightmare getting there! The staff is very helpful, the room was so clean and comfortable, I loved the place. Everything worked!

Only a short drive from Philly; near the Mall and battlefield. Had a very comfortable bed and sofa. Great reading light next to sofa - always a plus for me. Free Wi-fi. Had to pay for breakfast, but very reasonable. Also have Starbucks. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, wheat toast and fruit for about $10.

Stayed here after a visit to Philly, to do some shopping at KIng of Prussia mall, a couple of miles away. Hotel offers the basics, with a bistro type restaurant service. A few nice quick breakfast options, good coffee, and a small menu selection for lunch and dinner. Lots of dining options are near the hotel, so this works out well. A clean, well located establishment, usually available at much better price relative to the city hotels. We have had a comfortable stay here 3 times over the past couple of years, without any negative experiences.

My son had a couple of water polo matches in the Philly area and we found this hotel between both schools. It is close to the big mall. We don't normally stay at the Courtyard's since the breakfast was not complementary, but we gave this a try with a deal where you buy meals as part of the room rate and it was only $10 for 4 people. The hotel was had easy access to main roads, nicely decorated. Friendly staff. They had computers available, so I went to print directions but they computers were a pain to use, they had a funky keyboard, hard to get around on the internet. The security was good, I stepped away for a second and came back everything was logged out and cleared. I love my coffee but don't expect to pay for it, used to having complementary in hall, they did not have any, had to buy it. The meal plan was you could pick one drink and meal item, coffee was one of them. The room only had a single serve with a PAPER cup (no mug). Had complementary papers and magazines. Overall we loved the room lots of space, with frige and microwave. The value was okay, but the taxes were higher than we expected.
