“Definately stay here!!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2012

We stayed for the weekend in for Columbus day. Very nice hotel. Very clean. The room was immaculate. The room service was excellent. Food was delicious. Sesame Place is about 15 minutes away. Very convenient to local restaurants and shopping. Our only think that we did not like (but still used), was the pool. The pool itself was very nice, but for a family hotel, their were not stairs where a toddler could enter the pool (the stairs were the type that had side rails). Other than that (and for the price), this is a wonderful hotel to choose. Reception/Concierge were very helpful upon arrival as well as all weekend. Enjoy this home away from home.

My kids and I visited for a night to celebrate my daughters birthday. The front desk staff was very freindly and helpful. The room was very cozy. I enjoyed sleeping on the sleep number bed. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to go back soon.

The Radisson Hotel is very nice and ideal for conducting business. The hotel has an onsight restaurant and bar, yet the breakfast bar became very boreing after third morning because the restaurant served basically the same thing over and over. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and professional. Location is a bit isolated, 30 minutes from Philadelphia by car and 2 hours to New York by car and train.
Parking, internet, gym, and an indoor/outdoor swimming pool are a plus.
Overall stay was excellent and I would stay in the hotel again.

Generally, it's a functional, decent place. BIG! Four corridors on each level (6 levels)...so lots of rooms. I only stayed one night but looks like a nice indoor pool.

However, I was disappointed in their "sleep number beds". First, I could not get them to work and they were set HARD AS A ROCK. Apparently, you have to push hard down on the button to get them to soften up. But then they just felt like sleeping/laying on jelly...and not super comfortable. The bathroom was old looking and needed a new paint job. The carpets are older and dated. Had they had comfortable, REGULAR beds, I'd rate it higher/better.

Nicely close to Sesame Place and I95. 20 mins to downtown Philly. Close to shops/restaurants.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend planned at Sesame place. It is located in an area close to restaurants and shopping. Pretty close to sesame place as well. Check-in was quick, room was clean... breakfast at the hotel restaurant wasn't great....we wen't to Cracker Barrel the following morning which was a great choice. There is an indoor pool but we didn't have a chance to use it. Would definitely stay there again.

this past weekend we booked a package deal to Sesame place and we stayed at the Radisson Philadelphia Northeast. Everything was very good. Check in was Quick and painless they even let us check in a bit early. The staff was all very helpful including the bar tender who opened my bottle of wine for me. The room was nice, comfortable bed, big tv (very limited amount of channels though), etc. the indoor/Outdoor pool was a nice bonus as well. My sister who also stayed at the hotel ordered room service one night and said the food was very good. Its about 15 min from Sesame Place and about 5 from a bunch of restaurants and shopping. There is really nothing negative I can say about this hotel.

Room Tip: Free Coffee in the lobby in the morning

My family recently stayed here for a weekend planned around Sesame Place. There are no luxury hotels or resorts in this part of PA, located in the suburbs of Philly. The entire area essentially lives off of traffic from Sesame. Having said that, the value here is very good. We booked directly through Sesame and got a deal on the room rates. This hotel is about a 12 minute drive to Sesame, and was 30-40% cheaper than those hotels right next to the park.Rooms were clean, flat screen and super comfy bed in each. The lobby and common areas were well maintained, even the restaurant was decent, and not insanely overpriced. Great place for an economical weekend at Sesame.
