We attended a conference at this hotel over a weekend. We paid $84.00 a night, and one morning's breakfast was included--more about that later.
The Ramada configuration is very confusing--perhaps the result of multiple unplanned additions?
The hotel is both a motel--meaning that there are wings that are 2 stories with outside entrances to the rooms off the "balconies;" it is also a hotel with inside corridors. We stayed in the "motel" portion. Our first room was very noisy due to a loud group of young people who partied, and went out to party some more, returning at 4am. We moved. The next room, facing the interior "court" was much quieter. The beds were comfortable and the room was plain but clean. It had a small refigerator which was a nice convenience.
The convention rooms were well lit but got very hot when the doors were closed--and they had to be to hear the speaker. Fiddling with the thermometer did not help. There were several other groups in the Convention Center but it was well organized and that was not a problem except for Friday morning. The complimentary breakfast was so crowded that people were sharing tables and standing to see if others left. The food was depleted when we got there and the staff was trying to keep up with the demand, but failing. The food was very average.
The rest of the meals we had were separate from the other groups and were fine. I did not expect gourmet and it was not. The breakfast was eggs, pancakes, potatoes and juice or coffee. The service was excellent. Lunch was a club sandwich (fine) and dinner was pasta (just ok.) The final dinner was roast beef or chicken or salmon. All were average.
The staff was nice. I wouldn't rush back but it was okay.
Facing the court was quieter.

Greetings, and thank you for taking the time to share your review. I am sorry that you did not enjoy yourself as much as we anticipated. It is true that we do offer both hotel and motel style rooms, we have 284 guest rooms. Before we were a Ramada, we were a Holiday Inn, and when we made the transition we turned the exterior Atrium into an Interior Atrium and enclosed the guest rooms. We also added the Conference Center, and additional guest rooms to accommodate our Conference guests.
