The room was pretty good. Nothing too special but I wasn't sure what to expect from a Holiday Inn "Express". The room was pretty small and had just the very basic of amenities. Small coffee maker in the room, Standard toiletries in the bathroom, and a mini fridge in the room. They also had free WIFI. The thing I liked was that there was a card saying if you forgot your toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, feminine products, or razor then the front desk would have one for you. The room décor was very simple but really, does room décor every matter that much??? The bed was nice and firm and they also give you the option of Firm and Soft pillows. They had a nice pool but I didn't have the time to really use it The staff was very friendly and even called us about an hour after we got in the room just to make sure everything was good. They had a breakfast but it was lackluster. Lots of bagels and muffins and the hot items were very greasy and had no flavor. The biggest complaint that I have is the walls are paper thin. Our room was right next to a very large family with a small child and a baby. We could hear pretty much everything that went on in there. Not the best hotel for peace and relaxation but great for passing through. Its made for business people and not really for vacation people. I wouldnt like to stay here for more than a night or two. The area is pretty lame. There are a few food places but nothing else. The biggest draw for the area is the Flight 93 memorial.
