“Relaxing country B&B”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2013

We stayed for a long weekend at the Log Haven B&B. Betty and Ron were fantastic, so accommodating and pleasant. We really enjoyed their breakfasts and even took home a recipe! The cabin is very charming and provides everything you need at an extremely reasonable price!!! The location is pretty remote. Most amenities are 10 minutes away in local towns. But Seven Springs is very close. We were there over the weekend and almost missed the closing to get a pizza at Dough Girls. We were surprised a pizza shop would close by 8pm on a Saturday night!

We stayed at Log Haven B&B because it was real close to some of PA's finer cross-country ski trails in Rocky Ridge State Park. What a find! Nice cosy little place run by 2 of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Clean, quiet, good breakfast and very reasonably priced. We'll probably stay there frequently in the future.

Betty and Ron are fantastic. They provided great info on things to do in the area. Great service for bikers. They'll take you to and pick you up at the trail. Genuinely nice people with a great B&B. If you are looking for a great place to stay with outstanding service, you should stay at Log Haven.

We attended a wedding nearby and wanted a place to stay rather than driving home late. We're so glad that we found Log Haven. Would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area. The rates are reasonable, the food is delicious and Ron and Betty are wonderful hosts. They are very, very accomodating (early check-in to help us get to the wedding on time and even let us show their place off to friends who had never been inside a B&B before!). This is most certainly not our last visit.

Room Tip: We stayed in the mini-suite. Wonderful!

My wife and I stayed at Log Haven because we were visiting Falling Water and Kentuck Knob nearby. Ron and Betty were very kind to us and made us feel totally relaxed and at home. The food was also great and the portions very generous. The B&B was quiet, warm, (very very) clean, easy to find, and very comfortable. We'd go back in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone.

Room Tip: We were happy with the upstairs room, as it felt a little more secluded than the downstairs room, wh...

We can't recommend this B&B highly enough, comfortable, quiet, clean, beautifully finished, great hosts, great food and plentiful. We definatly will be back. Very close to Laurel Hill State Park Seven springs, Hidden Valley and Camp T Frank Soles

Room Tip: there are only 2 rooms and either are very nice

If you have never stayed at a bed and breakfast this is a great one to try for your first time. It will be hard to size others up to this one. The owners, Ron and Betty are some of the most friendly, down-to-earth people you will ever meet. They give you privacy but are only a call away if you need anything. Betty's homemade cookies and fudge are a nice little treat. They ask you what time you'd like to eat breakfast and don't force you to eat with the other couple that may be staying at the B&B. (This books up quick since there are only 2 rooms.) It's not far from 7 Springs or from Glades Pike Winery (or Stone Villa Winery for that matter.) The prices are more than fair and well worth the price.
