The hotel overall was not bad just a few annoying problems. The toilet, and the shower seemed to have a mind of it's own the water pressure seemed to fluctuate occasionally . We stayed on the 12th floor witch i didn't particular like. The parking cost two dollars a night, and when things get busy you didn't know where you find a spot. The area is a place that i would not 'walk around at night. The one way streets and the lack of anywhere to pull over on the streets was a negative. I would not stay their again , but it has nothing to do with the hotel. I almost forgot about the outlets, a lot of the stores have been closed that also was a let down. We went to Lancaster, and had a great time.

I recently stayed at this Wyndham hotel during hurricane Sandy which hit the east coast. I was told to evacuate my area in Rockaway beach and headed for Reading, PA which was higher ground. I was very comfortable within this hotel and slept well in my room. I would only say that the rooms could do with some more modern updates. However, I liked the fact that the hotel had a historic old world feel to it. I only had an issue with Wyndham as I believe this hotel is no longer one which caters to their time share customers. I stayed there prior and it was within the Wyndham network. It seems as though now it is not and I had to therefore pay for my stay. Thank you again for the stay at a comfortable hotel.

The TV reception was fuzzy on every channel, the room was cold when I arrived because the heat wasn't turned on and the bed was caved in from being so old. It wasn't comfortable at all when I desperately needed a good evening of sleep.

The staff, service, food and bar were excellent...especally the manager DENNIS. There was plenty of and easy to access parking.
