“Do not be afraid”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2012

I normally go into a room with a flash light and look everywhere possible. Under the bed, between the mattresses, along the seams, behind the pictures to pulling the draws out of the dresser and end tables. My sister-in-law picked up bed bugs while traveling and I will not take that chance. This is a very nice place to stay, rooms are clean and quiet. My room included a small refrigerator, microwave and small coffeepot, blow dryer, iron and board, a king size bed which was surprisingly very comfortable and not worn out. The lady at the desk was very pleasant and helpful, check in was a breeze. There is a restaurant at the airport (within walking distance) but if you want something different to eat you will have to get back on the highway south and travel about 3 miles, just ask at the desk. Breakfast was breakfast, cheese omelet, bacon, sausage replaced the bacon when it ran out. You can even make your own pancakes. Also assorted bread, bagels, cinnamon buns, butter, jelly, cream cheese, cereal, coffee, tea, juice.

Clean spacious room and the staff top notch. I stayed for one night and it was very quiet (even though the hotel is right next to an airport!) If I pass through this way again, I will without a doubt stay here again!

After a 12 hour travel and meeting day, its awesome to hit the bed - very comfortable stay. The double queen room is large, includes mini-fridge, microwave (popcorn for popping - only buck), coffee maker, and a quiet room.

We stayed here 1 night after visiting with family in the area. It is out of the way but that was fine with us as we were irritated with traffic. We booked a king bed room which was very spacious. We had to rent a rollaway bed while there for our 2 1/2 year old. I will be calling the hotel because I paid cash for the bed, came home and checked my credit card and saw that they also charged my card for it. Not happy about that. They also didn't give us any pillows for the bed. My husband went down that evening after we got back to request pillows and was told "We will have to find some". We never saw them! The bathroom light was extremely dim the next morning so I'm assuming the bulb needed replaced. We didn't eat the breakfast as we were meeting family out. It is a nice hotel with minor issues but it won't keep us from staying there again.

Passing thru on our way up to New England and stopped to shop for the day in Reading. Yes, the hotel is slightly off the beaten path, but so what. If you want to stay in the middle of everything, then stay in the city where the prices are higher. It's a nice, clean hotel reasonably priced. Trudy at the front desk was wonderful. We learned that this hotel is fairly new and the reason it seems to be in BFN is because it was built with the intention of serving travelers by the Reading Regional Airport, which had just spent millions to renovate and was bustling, until 9/11 and everything fell apart. We had a great stay. Everything was clean. The breakfast was ok, not great, but adequate. We feel we got what we paid for and we would stay again in a minute.

The only challenge we had was getting into the place, which was tricky. You have to enter the airport and turn left. If you don't then you end up down by the light at a one way road and have to turn around. It would have been helpful to have a sign up at the other entrance.

Room Tip: Watch out for the entrance...it's tricky

Not a business friendly hotel. Upon arrival Lobby Computer Printer with sign, 'out of order'. In Breakfast area, pancake machine 'out of order'. Hotel room lighting, Dim at best, very cheap feeling...

Airport Hotel is nowhere near town or nearby business's.

Room Tip: Stay Elsewhere

Nice, clean comfortable room and very relaxing. It was a good sized room with a microwave, television, and fridge. We all slept very well -- there was no noise. There were many excellent choices for breakfast and everyone was pretty happy with the choices.

We stayed here while going to both the outlet malls and to the antique markets. As one reviewer said, you do have to be careful going to the hotel the one road is one way. (You pretend you're going to the local airport and just drive over -- it's very close by.)

Our front desk clerk was an older woman who was extremely helpful and gave us several suggestions for dinner and things to do. I'm sorry that I forgot her name but she was really very nice and helpful.
