My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at the Sonoma Grille - in Pittsburgh's Cultural District. Friday night reservation was a good idea. We were greeted warmly and promptly asked if we had a show to attend. Many diners were taking advantage of the proximity to theaters. Service was excellent. Our main dish (Osso Buco) was heavenly. The wine list is lengthy and comprehensive. Staff and chef were attentive to my food allergies.
Although the room is large with high ceilings, the decor softens the volume and we felt cozy even though surrounded by other tables.
