Clean, close to downtown, good breakfast, helpful, decent rooms. Only downside, they stop running the free shuttle at 10pm and only run them every half an hour. If you are going to a game downtown in the evening you either have to drive yourself or take a cab back after the game is over with.

I was here monday to friday and the staff from the Desk to the pool were great. BIG rooms and a bus that stops outside for travel to the Downtown area are great. there is a gymn, pool and steam room for guests and in spite of upgrading the place the place is very welcoming. The Mall though is in decline and offers little for shoppers BUT the hotel is near down town and there are dining area's nearbye I will stay again for sure..

VERY friendly & helpful staff!! Hotel was convient to many attractions--never had to drive more than 15 min. to reach our destination. Good breakfast buffet & Manager's Reception. Business Center. Will definitely stay again!!!

We stayed at this hotel on our trip down to Pittsburgh to see the Lion King with the kids. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, especially in the middle of the night when we had to call to complain about the guests running up and down the hallway and screaming at the top of their lungs.
The pool was not what I would consider luxurious, but it serves it's purpose. I think they use the pool as a paid member benefit of the Parkway Center health club, though and there were 2 older women who just stood in the corner of the pool with their little foam weights and glared at the kids swimming around them.
My kids were disappointed that they were not allowed in the hot tub, even with a parent. (under 18 not allowed) In fact, that is the reason we are not staying here again next weekend.
The problems we had when staying at the hotel were really more involving the other guests than the hotel itself.
Our room was HUGE and had a bigger than normal mini fridge and microwave.
All in all, we had a good time.
