“What a Great Place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2012

My wife, son, and I had a lovely meal at La Feria. The food was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and the service was superb. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. I loved being surrounded by all the Peruvian craft items. They were all so beautiful and interesting.

Don't expect a fancy dining atmosphere. Do expect a relaxing, casual place to dine with flavors that are intriguing and unique. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food, the people, and the place. I highly recommend it.

“Small place, something different”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 19, 2012

This place is good if you are looking for something different on a Sat or Sun afternoon. Special of the day or a plantain dish is your best bet! The restaurant is like a small cafe located in a small Peruvian import store in Shadyside. I would not recommend for a fancy night out or romantic dinner, but great for a unique lunch. For a glass of wine with your food....BYOB!!

“Different but very good food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 20, 2011

I agree that You stick with yhr specials of the day. Have no idea if it was authentic but we really enjoyed everything We had. Service was fast and the place was not crowded for a Sunday lunch date. Remember to bring the wine!

“Not real Peruvian food but taste is good”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 6, 2010

If you are familiar with Peruvian food either in USA (like restaurant La Mar in San Francisco or Lima's Taste, Kuzco, Pio Pio in New York) or because you traveled to Peru, you will notice that the food doesn't have a real peruvian taste. However the ingredients are fresh and the taste is good too. The place is cozy and the owner and the service is very friendly.
