We stayed here on our way to Baltimore. It is about 20 minutes from I-76, which I didn't realize when I made the reservation. It is also difficult to find. The GPS said that we were at the hotel, but it turned out that it is on the top of a hill, with no sign on McKnight Road. We arrived about 2:30 am. When I gave my name, the desk clerk stared at his screen for almost 5 minutes without speaking, looking for a place to put us. It couldn't have been that full, because less than 20 cars were parked in front. We had a Queen Suite with two queen-size beds for 4 of us. The beds were extremely comfortable, especially since we were exhausted. The room was quite clean--no complaints there. The most frustrating thing was that the only functioning electrical outlet that I could find was in the bathroom. Even the outlet on the desk had no power. I could not find any other accessible outlets in this "suite." The best aspect of La Quinta, however, is that they allow small pets.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I am disappointed to hear that your stay was not as enjoyable as it could have been. We apologize you could not find us and the GPS location was not accurate. Due to Ross Township Laws, we are unable to have a sign on the main road, McKnight Road.

Upon your check in, I understand that the check in process was longer than expected. I will research this with our front desk to make sure everyone understands every detail with our reservation system and make sure no guest is waiting longer than expected to check in. I understand after a long drive, guests want to be in their room as quickly as possible to relax for the night and start their next day. Also your room's electrical outlets were not all working. We apologize about this and will escalate this issue to our maintenance staff to make sure all outlets are working, especially when guests are here for business it can be frustrating indeed.
We hope you reconsider us and stay with us again when you are in the area. We will make sure your next stay with us will be more enjoyable than the last.
