“Tasty with great prices”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

Just moved into the area and found a gem. I still can't believe all we ate and how good the food was. There were 5 of us, we had appitizers, meals, a couple of beers AND dessert all for under $50.00. When we saw the prices we were worried, figured it would either be tiny portions or really bad food. Not at all. Great food, good portions (I had a delicious chicken cheese steak and only finished half!), better prices and friendly staff. We will be eating there a lot!

“Good food, great price”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

Well worth the wait. They only except cash, no credit cards. They do have a MAC machine there, costs$1.50, but still a deal. The specials are very good

“Cheap”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2012

Most food is ok. Lunch is best. Dinner - Noisy environment, Rude patrons-cell phones, loud voices - and the big guy next to me today needed a bath. Employees extremely friendly - but I noticed the family before us left an very poor tip. We enjoy the Hot Cheese Steak.

“Doubt you can find another place to eat good food at super low prices”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 1, 2012

My wife and I were taken here by sister-in-law and her husband on a mid-Sunday afternoon after visiting an antique fair near Kutztown in Amish country. Large, tasty cheese steak sandwiches for about three bucks. I think the "Weber" was the better choice of the cheese steaks. Burgers less than two bucks. One of the four adults had a dinner which looked great: seafood pescatore which had generous amounts of mixed broiled seafood - shrimp, scallops, clams, lobster - served over fettuccine with choice of sauce for 16 bucks. Lots to choose from the menu. chicken, veal, and pasta dishes from six to nine bucks. Most expensive item on the menu was a porterhouse steak at 18 bucks. We heard you need reservations or to expect a long wait if you go during weekend prime dinner time. Surprised to see two reviews with only star reviews. If this place was nearer to our destination, I would definitely go back again. Almost a two hour drive from Newtown, PA.

“Can't beat the prices!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 14, 2012

The food is not fantastic, but it's not bad either. They have everything from burgers and hoagies to lobster tail. Really a comprehensive menu! The prices are unbelievable; you really couldn't make some of the menu items at home as inexpensively as you get it at the Country Place. It is noisy though, especially in the sunroom. A great place if you're on a budget!
