My parents and I recently stayed at this hotel and were very pleased with everything. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a friendly clerk who got us checked-in in a matter of two or three minutes. We inquired about directions to a site 15 miles away and she verballly explained how to get there. My parents and I went to our respective rooms (they in one and me in another) and about five minutes later the clerk called my room to say that she printed out directions to the site we inquired about and that I could pick it up at the front desk. Very nice. My parents had a handicap-accessible room with a roll-in shower and my room was next door. Both rooms were very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and well-made. House keeping did an excellent job in reading up the rooms. Breakfast was better than expected: a variety of cereals, yogurts, doughnuts, waffles, juices, and a choice of biscuits with egg and cheese and your choice of sausage/ham/bacon. Coffee was available 24/7 in the hotel lobby. This really was an ideal hotel pick and when we come back to this area we won't even try looking for another hotel. Best Western met every expectation and we are so happy we went with it. The only negative is there is some road repairs occuring at the main hotel entrance so you have to utilize a side entrance to enter and exit the premises. But this certainly is not a reason to not stay here. It just was confusing the first time when we were trying to get to the hotel. Also, there are two buildings with rooms. We stayed in the main building, which has an indoor pool. It also has the registration desk and where the breakfast is served.
