“Amazing bed and breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2013 via mobile

My husband surprised me with a weekend here in the Hershey suite. Will and staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend this place for a nice romantic weekend. Lots of things to do and see just minutes away. Would definitely come back again!

It was a beautiful B&B. Will, the owner, was very informative and helpful in every way pointing out some of the local attractions and recommending a good restaurant. He made a fabulous breakfast. The bed (king) was very comfortable and had more amenities that most hotels have. We only stayed a night but wish we could've stayed another night or two to enjoy this Inn.

My boyfriend and I stayed here over Easter weekend for two nights. Each morning we woke to a delicious breakfast. Will was a wonderful host and pointed out some of the local restaurants and area attractions which made our visit a most enjoyable one.

I was here for 2 nights while visiting relatives in the state and I stayed in the Magnolia room on the 2nd floor. It was so nice I wish I could have stayed longer. The room was so nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. Hair dryers and toiletries are also in the rooms. I also liked the remote-controlled "fireplace" heater. The whole house is exquisitely decorated and there are plenty of common areas in which to hang out. One of the living areas had a computer for public use, and both the front porch and the back covered patio/deck were such relaxing and charming places to sit. The breakfasts were delicious and first-rate, and the dining room had a snack area where guests could get water, tea, soft drinks, ice and baked goodies. The only caveat I would mention is that, as with all older two-story homes, there are steep stairs to get to the second floor. Not recommended for people with bad knees or disabilities.

Room Tip: Both the Magnolia room and the Rose room on the second floor are right across the hall from each oth...

Thank You Lodging_Guru. I am so glad you enjoyed the Bed and the Comphy Sheets, everyone loves the sheets. I do have the Cottage Rooms that are in a separate building on the ground level with no stair case to climb for guest.

This was the best vacation getaway I have ever had. Me and my husband were married here in August 2009 and we returned again August 2013 to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary. I did not want to leave. This place is simply amazing! Will Mcqueen, his hospitality and his breakfasts are incredible. The grounds were beautiful and soothing. The room was incredible. When you to stay in Palmyra,PA. This is the only place to stay!!!

Room Tip: When you book ask for the Hershey Sweet or Country Cottage. Pure romantic for a honeymoon or weekend...

A big thank you to Will and everyone at the 1825 Inn that made our stay so amazing.
The breakfast was to die for!!!
The room was clean and the bed sooo comfortable. The secret is the softness of the sheets.
The outside patio was so relaxing and the grounds are beautiful.
We would definitely stay there again!

Thank You JudyT89. So nice to meet people from Canada, everyone is so nice. I am so glad you enjoyed the outside covered porch, it is one of the reason I added it on to be able to enjoy the outdoors anytime. The Comphy sheets are so nice and soft, I love them too!

It was wonderful!! Never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast and this sets the bar very high. I would love to take another trip Hershey to stay there again. I never wanted to leave. The breakfasts were so tasty. All of the rooms were beautiful. I loved the back porch and wanted to just stay out there our whole trip.

Thank you Leslie M. I am so glad that you decided to stay at a B&B, it is very different than a Hotel and glad you picked mine for the first. I do hope you come back to Hershey soon and look forward to seeing you again.
