The Good....the food is good and the portions are adequate. It's a sizable menu to choose from. We have been here several times and have no complaints about the service.
The Bad....the restaurant is very crowded and you feel like cattle being hustled to your table. There are way too many tables set up near each other which doesn't need to be because the
place is quite large. It is very, very noisy. The tables are so close together that when I reached back slightly to put on my coat at the end of our meal, my hand landed in the ladies plate in back of me. That was a first for me! We were a party of four and we had to settle for a very small two top table. We were moved once because the table was too small only to end up at the same size table again. We had to give up some of our glasses and bread plates when our dinner arrived. We also had to tilt our large dinner plates on an angle just to fit them on the table. This is definitely not the place for a romantic dinner.
The Ugly.....the attitude of some of the personnel, particularly the owner. He is very rude and certainly doesn't act as an owner should who is trying to please his customers. He happened to be the one who showed us to our first table. He ran so far ahead, we couldn't find him in the maze of rooms and people milling everywhere. He became very disgusted when he had to wait for us to catch up. He became even more impatient with us when we asked for a larger table. He said we would have to wait for another table and wait, and wait we did. Even though the food is good, it is not a pleasant experience.
