“Lovely Trails to Beat Summer Heat”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 12, 2012

The grounds are gorgeous! We cannot wait to head back in the fall when more flowers are in bloom. A creek runs through the property and trails range from wetlands to forested.
A nice way to spend a few hours in the afternoon.

“Lovely”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2012

Maintained by volunteers. This is a gem. Wildflowers abound and are sold at certain times of year here local to the area. Well worth a visit.

“Weedflower, not wildflower”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2012 via mobile

We should have known better. Arriving in early June, one would expect at least some of the wild flowers to be in bloom. So when arriving, we asked for recommended areas to visit. The response? "Just wander around". We did, for 25 minutes and managed to see two flowers. The rest of the place was virtually all green with no flowers to be seen. What's more, the condition of the trails varied from OK to "Get get your waders!" That said, if you're really interested, make sure to ask what's in bloom and where to find it. Otherwise, just leave. For us, it was a complete waste of time and money.

“Visit every season”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 17, 2012

While the flowers are in peak bloom in April, the Preserve is a beautiful and peaceful place year-round;. You can hike or just commune with nature.
