“Nice family restraurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 30, 2013

For a buffet it is reasonably priced. Good selection of items. Can also order off menu if not interested in buffet. Very attentive service. Good idea to arrive early as it gets quite busy by dinner time (5.30-6pm)

“There are better choices”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 17, 2013 via mobile

Average place. There are better choices in the area. Service wasn't overly friendly and it seem cramped

“Friends weekend outing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2013

This was a very nice restaurant staff was very nice. The food and service was excellent. The only thing we didn't like was one sever was pushing a cart and cleaning the tables pouring out left over drinks into a bucket right next to our table.

“Best Home-Style Cooking...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2013

Hard to believe the hundreds of items available at this home-style buffet and each item was better than the next. The freshness and flavors were very good. Service was very attentive and the price was so reasonable for such quality of food that they serve.
The best thing is that, this is free of the tourists that frequent the other famous places and you can eat in peace.

“Not what we had hoped for”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2013

My wife and I decided to eat here during a 3 day weekend in the area after reading a review saying it was a favorite with the locals. While there were a couple nice items on the salad bar (I particularly liked the chow chow and the pickled beets) there was very little in the way of meats. They have a grill where they make potato pancakes (among other things) but we were particularly disappointed in them. As far as dessert is concerned, I am a big fan of shoo-fly pie but theirs is served cold - a big sin as far as I am concerned. If you don't want to pay what they are charging at Miller's or Shady Maple (and you don't like crowds) you can save some money and time here and get mediocre food.
