Description: Small, spotless, country diner located just a few miles from Falling Water and Kentuck Knob. This homey (lovely autumn decor for our October visit), has a nice lunch/breakfast menu offering homemade soups and many other made from scratch offerings. Attentive service enhanced our experience. Prices are also very reasonable. Open from 6AM - 8PM everyday except Sunday, when the restaurant opens at 7AM.

“Very affordable for lunch stop”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2013

We stopped here for a quick bite after touring Fallingwater nearby. The restaurant was clean and the service prompt. We had salads and split an order of their waffle fries. The food was good, but nothing outstanding.

“Cute”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2013 via mobile

This place is typical of women owned small town restaurants. Cute, clean, friendly, attentive service, decent (but not great) food, and very reasonable prices. If you're in the area, go here for lunch.

“Surprisingly Very Good!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 10, 2013

There were not many options for dining close to where we were staying (before our visit to Fallingwater), so we decided to eat here. To be honest, our first impression was not great ...however, we were pleasantly surprised. Our waitress was very quiet but helpful and nice. We ordered zucchini fries as an appetizer and they were delicious. 2 of us ordered the hamburger which was great...definitely what you want when you are having a craving for a big, juicy burger!! My sister, who is a very healthy eater, ordered a salad...to her surprise, it came with fries in it!!! The prices are very reasonable.

“Simply great!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

Whoever expects a sophisticated upmarket shop might want to consider getting a reality check of the area. I rather wanted some very local flavor. And I think I could not have made a better choice. It was lovely and detailed in its very own way, clean, fast, and the food was delicious (double bacon burger & try the waffled fries!).
Honestly, it was one of the best burgers I had in quite a while... and I am picky.

Would I go there again when even in the wider area? You bet!
Make sure not to miss it and accidentally drive past it.

“Convenient -- clean -- reasonable food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 21, 2012

We stopped for a quick lunch between Kentuck Knob and Falling Waters. Just grabbed a quick sandwich and fries. Were satisfied with the food, prices were more than reasonable. Surprisingly busy! Almost empty when we arrived, half an hour later, every table and booth was taken. This obviously stressed the servers -- getting our check when we had to leave took a bit of effort.
