“Another disappointing Pittsburgh Favorite”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2012

I do not know if Pittsburgh just does not know what a diner should be like, and this is supposed to be it? Again, people from this area rave about this place? No need to go out of your way to go here. It is similar to Perkins or Denny's where your order typically gets wrong and the food quality is so-so. We rarely go here. The last time we went was when my niece was born, and it was the only thing open--typical of Pittsburgh.

“Good for breakfast with kids”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 5, 2012

Relative to other restaurants where you can have a sit-down breakfast for about $6 a person (there aren't many), I'd give this property 4 out of 5. They missed out on 5/5 because the bacon arrived as if it was just retrieved from a pot of warm bacon fat.

Eat'n Park knows how to get families with kids in their seat, get food ordered, entertain the kids with crayons, feed them eggs/bacon/pancakes/french toast, and then get them out the door at very reasonable cost. If you're looking for more than this, you might want to go elsewhere.

“Hit the spot!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 22, 2012 via mobile

Headed there after the Sunday night game and it was perfect!! Had the buffalo chicken salad and it was great! Not being from PA I was a bit taken aback by the fries on my salad- but it was perfect!!

Service was wonderful

“Small portions”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2012

Sunday brunch was good, but when ordering off the menu the portions were small. Hamburger was tasty but the side portions were very small. Not really worth the asking price. Our waitress had to be asked to clean the table and was not very attentive. She tried to rush us out since it was a busy day. OK experience.

“Wonderful salad bar”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2012

Close to several hotels and they offered a 10 percent discount by showing our room keycard. Good selection on menu, but we choose the great salad bar
