“Best place to stay in the Poconos!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 23, 2012

I have stayed at several places in the Poconos, but The Village at Pocono is has been by far the best. The establishment looks like new. The rooms are large and very clean. Rates are reasonable for what you are getting. The Pool and whirlpool are awesome. Great place to stay if skiing at either Jack Frost or Big Boulder. Customer Service can't be beat. I highly recommend staying at The Village at Pocono.

just got back from the village at pocono after a WONDERFUL weekend stay with friends. The club house was really cool. there was a small gym, a nice pool, game rooms and a pretty lounge. The villa itself was so clean and luxurous, had a full kitchen. The place was close to a small shopping mall where we bought some stuff for breakfast and cooked our own. the club house also had a theater which we reserved a night and watched some movies in private. I defenitely recommend the place. it's about 20 minutes away from jim thorpe, a small village where you can start a lot of adventures like biking in an AMAZING track (which we did), rafting, segwaying, etc. we LOVED it. it was an unforgettable trip.

When visiting the Poconos, and room size is your number one concern, this property fits the bill better than them all.

They are best-in-class townhouse suites in the Poconos, forget any other property that advertises a kitchen (there are surprisingly only a few), this is the only full size kitchen suites in the Poconos that I'm aware of.

Our townhouse has two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and blender, toaster, full refrigerator, full sized stove and super sized microwave oven, Ikea pots, plates and silverware.

Every room is roomy, and the place, although 2 years old looks brand new. The cleaning staff is meticulous, the rooms are simply in flawless condition when you arrive. They pride themselves on cleanliness and they deliver... its like moving into a brand new home. So kudos to the cleaning crew.

The front desk/management is also extremely kind and was very helpful to our family. They come by with with free coffee and tea, and include and will refill so many items... including the Palmolive dishwashing liquid! ;)

The property includes access to a greatly thought out facility which includes a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, weight room , your own movie theatre room which you can play your OWN DVDs!, and of course their heated pool/Jacuzzi tent with light show.

Its a great place with a gated county club environment which is a one in a kind property in the Poconos. And the money you save eating out every meal is worth the price of admission alone.

The two greatest properties in the Poconos are The Inn at Pocono Manor and this hidden gem, The Village at Pocono Manor. Read my two reviews and see which property fits your needs the best. Just dont ask me which one was better, please! ;) (We stayed about one month in each facility so we know both places.)

My husband and I went on a weekend getaway for President's weekend. I booked this for him for his birthday. After reading many reviews online I was expecting a really nice weekend. Well when we arrived we were surprised to have an experience even better than we expected. The staff was the most friendly staff I have ever encountered and they were so helpful. The facility was beautiful and extrememly clean. We stayed in the studio room and it was perfect for 2 nights. If we had stayed longer or had more people we would def. look into booking the suite. The clubhouse was wonderful and we enjoyed watching a movie in the awesome theater room. The bed was so comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and it sat back off the road in the woods which was nice and private. I have no negatives when it comes to our stay at Village at Pocono except I wish we stayed longer! My husband and I are looking forward to going back up there. We would recommend this to anyone, couples, or families. We LOVED it!!!!

This was the first time I have stayed in the Poconos and could have not pick a better place. At check in we were given a tour of the club house and some backround of the owners and the property which was interesting. The staff was friendly and helpful. The clubhouse, rooms and property were extremely clean which is hard to find these days. The property over all has a private cozy feel to it. We were minutes away from Big Boulder and near everything we needed. My boyfriend lost his wallet and the staff was great in helping us look for it. While we were there we did not find it. However after we checked out Marie at the front desk con't to look for his wallet and did find it in the chair of the theatre room. Great customer service wish everywhere we went was this nice. I will definitely recommend to others and look forward to our next stay here.

I found this place online and read the reviews on tripadvisor, I was a bit skeptical since it wasn't a big brand hotel, but it was a great decision to stay there. It is a beautiful place, very quiet, but very luxurious! In the main building there is a pool table, table tennis, a sauna, movie theater and a beautiful heated pool. The room itself was so clean!!!!! The room is very updated and did I say clean! There is a flat screen tv and the bed is very comfortable. The only draw back is that it was a queen size bed. Overall this stay was great, the staff was awesome and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
