I have been to this cafe several times, and they are consistently excellent. Small menu, but all of the choices are delicious and interesting. There are several choices for vegetarians, which is always a bonus. Try the carrot fritters served with an herb scone, small mixed green salad and cucumber/wasabi sauce.
They have many choices of beverages: fresh milkshakes with seasonal fruit (peaches!), coffee drinks, lattes, Italian sodas, special teas ... it is difficult to make a decision when every selection tempts your tastebuds.
The back patio is large and shaded for lingering over lunch/dinner while you watch the cafe's tomatoes growing along the fence. Every dessert I have tried reminds me of Grandma ... fresh fruit pies piled high with REAL fruit (not canned, not frozen, not pre-packaged) and the selections of muffins will make you plan your next visit to try everything they offer.
