“Only stay here as a last resort while on business”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed November 18, 2013

The hotel is located between a water land area and a busy airport.

We only stayed here as there were no other rooms in town on the night - and it felt a little unsafe for some female colleagues I was travelling with. A few odd looking people hanging around the carpark and hotel room doors that looked easy to force.

I have to say I have stayed in worse places in my life - and I didnt find it too bad for the price paid.

Go somewhere else for breakfast as the offering was extremely basic.

Room Tip: Stay away from the road and airport if you can!

I recently stayed here the night prior to flying out of Philadelphia. It was the least expensive option and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. There were hairs on pillow, hairs in tub, sink was filthy, and I was sent across the parking lot to the Quality Inn to get ice. There was a large moldy/black/yucky spot on the ceiling above the AC unit. The bed was comfortable but needed updating. The comforter had cigarette holes all over it. The locks on the door also sucked and did not make me feel comfortable in the room.

We had come down to Philadelphia for a family funeral and this place was horrible. It was filthy. there was dust and sticky spots all over. Mold on the toilet. bathroom floor was not clean there looked like gum stuck to the floor. We asked for a non smoking room because of my father has health problems and it smelled strongly of smoke that was tried to be covered by mens cologne. there was cigarette burns all through the room and there was ashes all over. The door was damaged like it had been broken into and the door was hard to open and close. We asked for a rollaway bed which the website had said for $10 they had them but they didn't. My daughter had to sleep with my father which was not right. There was supposed to be wifi and there was none at all. they did not supply us with enough towels even when we went to front desk. we understand this is a travel hotel that is by the airport, but it should still be taken better care of.

The room had a spot inside the doorway on the rug. There were spots in the chair. The bedspread had stains once you pulled it back. like it was not clean. In the morning I got up and their were baby roaches in the tub and on the bathroom door. Cobwebs on the ceiling. This was an overall disaster.

Room Tip: Carefully inspect and if you don't like it, don't accept it. Rooms were hard to get during...

We needed an economical night stay with late night check in and airport shuttle. This place had it. The staff from the front desk to the shuttle was awesome. Our driver tried to help answer stranded passenger questions and as tired as I was I thought that was customer service beyond. Easy check in and check out. The room itself well, lets say it was better than sleeping in the airport for 7 hrs., we got a hot shower and a little bite to eat. Just keep in mind these are external rooms so expect rude, inconsiderate people. 2am we are listening to people talk outside and being on the first floor we dealt with heavy walkers. Needless to say it was nice to rest my body but not much sleep. The shower didn't drain good but it served the purpose. The breakfast provided some nutrient but dont expect a lot of choice. Juice, coffee, mini yogurt, waffles, 2 type of cereal and apples. Again served a purpose. Better than nothing. Recommend this location for a lay over and nothing else.

We were also leary about this hotel after reading the reviews, but this is not rated as a 5 star, The room was neat, clean, carpet shampooed, fairly sized tv, and wall paper was new. The shower head was relaxing, and the towels were clean and fluffy. There was an iron and board, refrigerator, and spacious room for the price. The breakfast included yogurt, eggs, waffles, bagels, fruit and juices, something for everybody. The shuttle bus was on time, and the front desk was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when in town, It is also close to airport.

Room Tip: Good value for the price.

After reading the terrible reviews I was leary as I had booked without reading. However, the room my daughter had at this hotel was perfectly fine. It was clean, smelled clean, looked fine.
Bedding looked new and bathroom had a granite vanity, or something resembling it. The lady at the front desk was really nice and friendly. The area this hotel is located is not the prettiest area, ok fine, its quick lodging for a night. A good value, and my daughter said she slept great. Its not a five star hotel but it was clean, quiet, and no complaints here. Also, the airport shuttle was on time. The front desk person even gave us a bottom floor room next to the office because one person in party was on crutches.
