Instead of reviews of individual stands it makes sense to have a page for the market. All of the action occurs inside whiich is different than some other markets in the area. This market is also unique in that it is two stories. The downstairs basically houses food related stands and the upstairs is the non food specialty shops.
There are some great stands here and if you leave hungry there is no one to blame but yourself. Some of the stands are well known within the community, the Sticky Bun stand comes to mind as she seems to be on TV evelry year. As a matter of fact the local ABC station had a representative of Nani's Cucina on the noon news showing the cooking of the Italian Feast of the Seven Fishes, traditional Christmas Eve meal, and I do have to say their food looked really good at the market.
Some of the prices are a little higher than other retail stores, but one would have trouble finding the variety and quality that is located here in any other single location. We found the candy prices at the Smith Candy stand to be very reasonable given the large variety they had on hand.
Only down side is parking can be a little difficult but don't let that stop you.
