Stayed 3 nights for a 2 day visit to Sesame Place. Arrived a day earlier than reservations, hotel accommodated us with no problem. First room was not to my satisfaction, was moved immediately to a new room and was compensated with free breakfast (not necessary but thought it was good customer service), maintenace (Kerry) was extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was cleaned very nicely each day. Shuttle drivers were very friendly and informative. Heater in pool was not working, but the pool was a nice size and inside (helped during the day of rain). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed everything about the hotel.
