We were in the mood for steaks. Hubby had a Delmonico and I had the petite prime rib. The Delmonico was great cooked perfectly. Can't say the same for the prime rib. It was cold in the center, had to ask for the waitress to come over, she never stopped back after the food was brought to the table, when we told her about the steak the manager, Athena came over and assured me that all it needed was au jus and that would warm it up. REALLY??? I make prime rib every Christmas and I don't think you should have to add au jus to make the meat hot, it should be cut from the rib roast hot and fresh. Personally, I question whether or not if was fresh. They did take the Prime Rib off the bill, but the condescending tone was not appreciated. I too cook and cold center on a medium cooked rib is not good. Won't be going there again.
