Recently travelled to Lancaster, PA to attend one of my BFF's Wedding ceremony. First off, we almost missed our turn into the hotel property because it is located right off the highway (and I do mean immediately as you come off highway). The entrance sign is hidden because you go under an overpass and if you "blink" you will miss your turn into the parking lot (very dangerous)! The room layout of our room (1 queen with pull-out sofa) was strange. The mini kitchen component was located "next to the bathroom" and a mini vanity with mirror. My husband and I shared our room with a friend who had back probelms so we graciously gave up the queen bed and we slept on the pull-out sofa. The mattress (at least that is what is was supposed to be) actually was a "bed of springs". All night long we tossed and turned to try to find a comfortable spot, but to no avail. Needless to say, when we arose in the morning, both my husband and I were suffering from back pain! Upon checkout we were asked how was our stay and I informed the young lady at the checkout desk of the problem with the pull-out sofa and she gave her apologies and said yes, they knew of the problem and were in the process of having the sofas upgraded. The one thing that was positive about this hotel was the price only. You've been warned....
