“Would Not Stay Anywhere Else!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 weeks ago

The main reason I love this hotel is that the rooms do not have those awful odors from chemical room deodorizers that burn my eyes and make me sneeze and cough. All of the rooms I've been in so far have smelled naturally clean and fresh! This is the most comfortable and hospitable place that I've stayed in Lancaster, and it could not be more centrally located and convenient to all major attractions. They also provide breakfast with various items to fill you up and get you going for the day! Overall - a great place for anyone, especially for families with children, as Dutch Wonderland is right across the street!

We visited Dutch Wonderland with family friends. Total, there were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 kids ages 10 mod - 7 years. I have stayed at this hotel several times on various visits to Lancaster. This visit did not disappoint. Rooms are very clean. Comfortable bedding, VERY clean bathrooms. Bedrooms are quite spacious, there was plenty of room for my husband and I and our two kids. The only criticism I would have is the air conditioners in the room are REALLY loud when they turn on. Every time it kicked on throughout the night I woke up. Other than that, this is a fantastic hotel, right across the street from dutch wonderland. If you stay here, be sure to take advantage of the free evening park passes for the night before your purchased park tickets.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the back. It cuts down on traffic noise. I am not sure if there are rooms with q...

We found this hotel to be superb in every way! The room was spacious and clean and in good repair. The beds were comfortable with a soft mattress pad. The air conditioner was quiet, but there was some street noise from Rt. 30 (ask for the other side if you want to, the hotel is very accommodating.) The bathroom had two sinks which was convenient. The tub had good water pressure; they give you a rubber mat to use and my tip is that you better use it - the bottom of the tub is slippery. We did not hear any people noise at all while in the room. Our maid Linda did a great job at keeping the room stocked (I even had a special request or two) and she was very nice. The pool is one of the biggest I've seen for a hotel of this nature. It was clean and very spacious. (Did not use the hot tub, never do.) The breakfast had at least 4 hot items that were different each day we were there. However the eggs were fake tasting, but everything else was very good. You can get hard boiled eggs if you want a real egg! They served a big fruit mix bowl which we enjoyed.
Over all - a very good stay and we would return.

Room Tip: If you don't like truck and traffic noise ask for a room away from Rt. 30.

Stayed there June 19, 2014. Great 1 bedroom suite, excellent location. The indoor pool was a good size with a nice hot tub. It wasn't overly crowded. Stayed on the first floor, no complaints about noise. The beds might need an upgrade as you can feel the springs in them, but overall they were comfortable. Right across from Dutch Wonderland so the location is great if you have a family with small kids.

My daughter and I stayed here on one of our antiquing trips and enjoyed this hotel. The location is smack in the middle of outlets, shopping. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was nice and food was good.

We booked this hotel due to all the positive reviews I found on Tripadvisor. When we stayed there, we were a little disappointed, however. I had asked for a room facing the rear of the building because other reviewers had suggested this, but instead we got a room facing the front with all the noise coming from the highway which is used especially by trucks. As the road slopes slightly down, their engine brakes are quite loud. And there is traffic all night long! Besides, we could hear a loud noise on and off coming from some kind of air-conditioning outside. All in all, we had a very hard time sleeping.
The hotel is very conveniently located for Tanger Outlets where you can find quite a few bargains. Other attractions are the Amish. In the vicinity, there are a few places where you can book bus tours or look at Amish houses and farms.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the rear of the building and INSIST on it!

We got the suite and it was well worth the money. We could close the door while our son rested and visit with our relatives in the other room. It has sofa , chair ,tv,etc.
This hotel has a very nice indoor pool.
The check in girl was very nice.
The breakfast was good.
The room was clean.
We were happy with this hotel.
It is not too far from sight and sound theater.
